Returns Policy

Reporting Issues:

DAMAGED & FAULTY GOODS

If you receive a product with damaged packaging, please sign for it as damaged. If you find that your product has been damaged during transit, please take photos of the packaging and the damaged items and send them to hello@imagineitinprint.co.uk, along with your order number. We will reprint and resend the entire order if all the contents are damaged. If only some items are damaged, please let us know precisely what is damaged so we can reprint and resend those items. You have 30 days to report any faulty goods, so please notify us immediately.

WRONG PRODUCT

If you receive the wrong item or the correct item with the wrong artwork, please take clear photos and send them to hello@imagineitinprint.co.uk along with your order number. We will review the images against the order and either collect the incorrect item or request disposal. We’ll then deliver your correct order promptly, or print and send a new one at no extra cost if needed.

UNWANTED ITEMS

Once printed items are ordered, returns are not possible. Please ensure you want the print before placing your order.

QUALITY ISSUES

If you are not satisfied with the printed item, please explain the issue and send an email to hello@imagineitinprint.co.uk, along with your order number and a description of the problem with the print. We will thoroughly investigate the matter to identify what went wrong and how to resolve it. Once we have a solution, we will contact you and proceed from there.
If you believe your printed items contain a manufacturing error, please contact us at hello@imagineitinprint.co.uk. We are fully committed to promptly addressing and resolving your concerns, as your satisfaction is our top priority.

Resolution for Manufacturing Errors:

At our discretion, we will replace or accept the return of faulty products due to manufacturing errors. Shipping and handling costs will be covered by us.

Authorised Returns Only:

Please note that returns will not be accepted unless explicitly authorised by us in advance. Unauthorised returns will not be eligible for replacement or refund. We will arrange to collect authorised returns to ensure the process is managed efficiently and correctly.

Refunds:

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at lest 14 days from receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
