We highly recommend using our templates and guides to prepare your print-ready PDF. | You can download our guides by clicking the guides button to the right. Remember to delete the template layers before exporting your design to PDF. If you have a design already, we accept other file formats, such as JPEG, PNG, or EPS. We recommend using specific file formats to ensure the best quality of your content. For photographic content, we suggest using high-resolution JPEGs without compression. For graphics or text-based content, we recommend using print-ready, vector-based PDFs. If your content combines graphics and photography, we suggest using print-ready PDFs to achieve the best possible quality.
Save your files in a print-ready format | Save your files in an uneditable print-ready format such as PDF, TIFF, JPG, EPS) Your files should be flattened to one layer, the background layer, prior to submission.
Use CMYK as the colour mode. | Make sure to use CMYK instead of RGB as the colour mode. Also, use the colour mode FOGRA39 (ISO Coated v2). If you are not sure about the colour mode of your file, don’t worry—we can always convert it for you. However, please keep in mind that converting the colour mode may cause the colours to appear differently from the original file.
Use the right values for full colour black. | Please note: The material used for a banner is absorbent, causing colours to appear lighter than expected, especially black. Use (Cyan 0, Magenta 0, Yellow 0 & Black 100) for a richer black.
Add 5 mm bleed and keep 50 mm safety margin | During production, there may be a slight cut deviation. To avoid any issues, we recommend the following: Add a 5 mm bleed around all edges of your design. Keep essential elements 50 mm away from the edge or folding lines.
Resolution of at least 150 dpi. | Ensure the resolution of the images and graphics in your artwork are at least 150 dpi.
Convert fonts to outlines or embed all the fonts. | Make sure you convert fonts to outlines or embed all the fonts when saving them in PDF format.
Font size | Fonts should be at least 60pt.
Check your artwork for overprint. | Ensure no elements in your artwork are set on overprint unless you want this effect in your design.
Lines and Text | Lines and Text should be at least 5.6pt (2mm) |

The colours looked a bit different when I got the item compared to what I saw on my screen. Not a huge deal, but worth mentioning for those who are really picky about exact shades.

I recently got some vinyl banners from Imagine it in Print, and I’ve gotta say, I’m pretty happy with how they turned out. The quality is good, and I loved that I could customise them to fit my brand perfectly. The colours are super bright, and you can read the text from a mile away – okay, maybe not a mile, but you get the idea. It was great having five different materials to choose from; made it easy to pick the right one for my event. The only hiccup was that it took a bit longer to arrive than I expected, which was a bit of a pain. But honestly, when I saw how good the banners looked, I kinda forgot about the wait. All in all, I’d definitely recommend these guys if you need some professional-looking banners.
